Clinical Radiologists (CR) a dynamic radiology group with locations in St. Louis metro area and central Illinois, has an immediate opening for a “Chief Operating Officer”.

As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will report to the President and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The COO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for development, administration, and management of the general operations and oversight of CR. This will include direct responsibility for physician scheduling, monitoring practice patterns, physician contracts, HR oversight, and administrative leadership.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detailed oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to handle changing workloads and priorities. A strong background in healthcare leadership is a highly preferred. Must have the ability to communicate well, problem solve, manage multiple assignments and possess good employee relations.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Assist President and other CR leadership regarding physician communication related to Clinical Practice and Operations.
  2. Assist President with physician discipline/counseling.
  3. Assist Scheduling Committee Chairman with scheduling to ensure adequate physician coverage and monitor practice patterns for all sites of service
  4. Work with legal counsel to develop radiologist contracts under the direction of the President.
  5. Provide administrative oversight of the CR health plan and other benefits, with the assistance of the Human Resources, Administrative Director.
  6. Monitor radiography services at all present sites of service and future sites of service.
  7. Provide administrative oversight of employee salaries under the direction of the CR Compensation Committee.
  8. Represent CR in state and national organizations to ensure industry trends are being communicated.
  9. Assist the President with maintaining corporate communication on both a routine basis and at through committee and regional meetings.
  10. Provides the administrative oversight either directly or through site liaisons.
Qualifications Include:
  1. Master’s Degree, health care related discipline preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years health care experience, preferably in a physician practice setting.
  3. Experience in healthcare leadership, organizational development, and physician relations preferred.
  4. Mental - must be able to handle stressful situations, extended workdays (50 hours/week); problem solving skills; results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner.
  5. Must be willing to take initiative and possess strong organizational skills.
  6. High level of professional behavior, confidentiality and service orientation required.
  7. Must work independently as well as teamwork oriented.

  2. On-call 26 weeks/year to provide urgent scheduling needs.
Qualifications Include:

Qualifications Include:

Duties & Responsibilities::
  1. Actively engages with administrators, supervisors and staff to facilitate ongoing cooperation, communication, policy/procedure compliance; serving as a liaison between facilities and radiologists, and CR administration.
  2. Assist in facilitating and coordinating the tele-mammography program.
  3. Identify and assures current/new compliance and regulations regarding all aspects of breast imaging.
  4. Identify/report regularly, workflow delays that impact quality, timeliness, efficient patient care delivery.
  5. Assist all customers: patients and families as appropriate, hospital personnel, radiologists, and associated medical staff with technical support as needed.
  6. Assist hospitals/clinics/offices as needed during system failure to ensure the continuity of patient care.

Clinical Radiologists (CR) a dynamic radiology group has an immediate opening for a "Staff Accountant" in the Springfield IL or St Louis Metro area.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detailed oriented, self-motivated, and able to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within CR.

SPECIFICATIONS:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or a bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis in accounting is preferred.
  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in public accounting or equivalent experience.
  3. Detail oriented with high level of attention to financial accuracy.
  4. Skilled in dealing with analytics and data review.
  5. Proficient in use of MS-Office Suite, especially Excel and accounting software
  6. Experience in variance analysis and resolution.
  7. Experience in use of Tableau highly desired, but not required.
  8. Must possess ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
  9. Capable of working with limited supervision.
  10. Must be able to work independently as well as teamwork oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities::
  1. Work with financial statements, general ledgers, and related functions.
  2. Prepare account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  3. Prepare and/or review monthly financial statements and associated reports.
  4. Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems making use of current computer technology.
  5. Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounts and results.
  6. Participate in financial standards setting and in budgeting and forecasting process both tactical and strategic planning for each department.
  7. Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance to federal, state, and local legal requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management of needed actions.
  8. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  9. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information, as required.
  10. Review variance reports by departments and assist CFO in reporting and validating results.
  11. Prepares special financial reports, as required.
  12. Maintains professional and technical knowledge be attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
