Clinical Radiologists (CR) a dynamic radiology group with locations in St. Louis metro area and central Illinois, has an immediate opening for a “Chief Operating Officer”.

As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) will report to the President and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The COO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for development, administration, and management of the general operations and oversight of CR. This will include direct responsibility for physician scheduling, monitoring practice patterns, physician contracts, HR oversight, and administrative leadership.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detailed oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to handle changing workloads and priorities. A strong background in healthcare leadership is a highly preferred. Must have the ability to communicate well, problem solve, manage multiple assignments and possess good employee relations.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Assist President and other CR leadership regarding physician communication related to Clinical Practice and Operations.
  2. Assist President with physician discipline/counseling.
  3. Assist Scheduling Committee Chairman with scheduling to ensure adequate physician coverage and monitor practice patterns for all sites of service
  4. Work with legal counsel to develop radiologist contracts under the direction of the President.
  5. Provide administrative oversight of the CR health plan and other benefits, with the assistance of the Human Resources, Administrative Director.
  6. Monitor radiography services at all present sites of service and future sites of service.
  7. Provide administrative oversight of employee salaries under the direction of the CR Compensation Committee.
  8. Represent CR in state and national organizations to ensure industry trends are being communicated.
  9. Assist the President with maintaining corporate communication on both a routine basis and at through committee and regional meetings.
  10. Provides the administrative oversight either directly or through site liaisons.
Qualifications Include:
  1. Master’s Degree, health care related discipline preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years health care experience, preferably in a physician practice setting.
  3. Experience in healthcare leadership, organizational development, and physician relations preferred.
  4. Mental - must be able to handle stressful situations, extended workdays (50 hours/week); problem solving skills; results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner.
  5. Must be willing to take initiative and possess strong organizational skills.
  6. High level of professional behavior, confidentiality and service orientation required.
  7. Must work independently as well as teamwork oriented.

Clinical Radiologists (CR) a dynamic radiology group has an immediate opening for an “Operations Support Center Coordinator”. This position could be based out of Springfield, St Louis Metro Area, or Quincy office locations.

This individual will assist radiologists, hospital personnel, and associated medical staff with technical support. Responsible for organizing cases both from an image and paperwork perspective to ensure timely processing.

Qualifications Include:
  1. High School Diploma.
  2. Medical assistant or radiological tech training preferred.
  3. Medical terminology and previous healthcare experience preferred.
  4. Experience with information technology specifically.
  5. RIS/PACS/teleradiology/digital dictations systems preferred.

Clinical Radiologists (CR) a dynamic radiology group has an immediate opening for a “Site & Tele-Mammography Liaison” in the Springfield, IL or St. Louis Metro area.

This individual will oversee and facilitate site management to ensure timely and accurate results for physicians and their patients.

Qualifications Include:
  1. Bachelor's Degree, Master's Preferred.
  2. Radiologic Technologist, ARRT, radiology and mammography experience preferred.
  3. Experience with information technology specifically RIS/PACS/teleradiology/dictation systems preferred.
  4. Must possess strong leadership skills.
  5. High level of professional behavior, confidentiality, and service orientation required.
  6. Must possess excellent human relations and communication skills.
  7. Must work independently as well as teamwork oriented.
  8. Must be willing to take initiative and possess strong organizational skills.
Duties & Responsibilities::
  1. Actively engages with administrators, supervisors and staff to facilitate ongoing cooperation, communication, policy/procedure compliance; serving as a liaison between facilities and radiologists, and CR administration.
  2. Assist in facilitating and coordinating the tele-mammography program.
  3. Identify and assures current/new compliance and regulations regarding all aspects of breast imaging.
  4. Identify/report regularly, workflow delays that impact quality, timeliness, efficient patient care delivery.
  5. Assist all customers: patients and families as appropriate, hospital personnel, radiologists, and associated medical staff with technical support as needed.
  6. Assist hospitals/clinics/offices as needed during system failure to ensure the continuity of patient care.
